Most of us earn money online and work remotely. It is interesting to ask who lives where. Someone may know countries that accept other citizens and create good conditions for freelancing. Maybe there is a world capital of freelancers somewhere in the world, maybe there will even be a sea and summer all year round and no tax levy.

The key to maximising your lifestyle is sell in tier 1 countries, but dont live in them.

So for example sell in usa/uk but live in thailand/costa rica, where your income goes a lot further.

Well, that's the key to maximizing you purchasing power. I'm not too sure if that would be the right formula to maximize "lifestyle" for everyone.
I'm originally from Western Europe. Although it is expensive there, I like the fact that my girlfriend can walk alone safely at night. Lived a short while in Morocco. Not advisable for women there, but great purchasing power haha.

Your aiming too low :) Depends on the area where you live.

I am from the uk and was able to live in the penthouse of a 5* hotel and have a multi-millionaires lifestyle in what you would say are developing countries for less money than an average uk lifestyle.
 
You want something between third and first worlds that will give you the best of both like Iran, Mexico or Egypt.
 
finding money in first country, and living in third country. that way you got purchase power, and great lifestyle.
but make sure to do heavy research in the third country. don't want to be the next one in newspaper.
