Also, I can't seem to get this to work with Name Cheap. Anyone here managed to do so?

Okay, it works even on name cheap shared hosting. To get it to work on name cheap you can't create the folders in the public_html folder. You need to create them under your own personal site section.

The Let's Encrypt Certificates are valid for 90 days, right? So, do I have to manually renew those using the site you provided and re-enter the keys into CPanel?
