Got scammed in Twitter, need help

Call paypal, provide your evidence, i ever scammed by others just like your case. And paypal helped the return my money after 5 phone calls (one week). After i am using impatient tone (the 5th call), i hope your case will be solved soon.

What kind of a debit card was it? Had a similar case years ago but I was lucky to be working at card processing center and I made the chargeback for me myself because it was my job. Now I am a bit out of this but I would go with the bank first if I was you. Or just call paypal AND your bank.

Guys, read the OP once more, it was an FnF payment, there's no buyer protection for that, so calling PayPal won't help. The only way to get the money back is credit card chargeback.

OP's worrying about his PayPal balance going negative, he shouldn't have to. The reason to that was explained by Stavro, the chargeback affects the seller's balance, not the buyer's.
