Google Sniper?

1. Yes, there are scammers in the IM industry, but not all are scammers. I have always found it funny when people complain about "re-hashed" information in the IM industry...look at any industry and you will find tons of different people that are selling the exact same information.

Why is this? Because the information works. It may not work for everyone, but that cannot be expected. There are too many outside that influence every individual's success or failure.

I can tell you that all the information in Google Sniper is basic, but it works. This is the case with the majority of the products within the IM industry. Besides, no one is ever forced into buying anything. It's completely a free choice made by each person and my advice is if you are buying more than you can afford, then stop. Do Not buy anything else until you are making money.

2. What is so wrong with selling information that works? If you are selling complete bullshit, then you should go to hell. But in the case of something like Google Sniper and the majority of other IM courses, I see nothing with selling something that works. Look at Tony Robbins. It will cost you a small fortune to go see him.

This happens in every single industry known. Take the weight loss industry for example. You don't need a fancy $2000 machine or a $250 course to lose weight and get in shape. If you had the desire to succeed, you could lose weight all by yourself, yet people will buy.

What you are paying for is the convenience of a working system. All the information you need in a simple and easy to use package. Again, no one is ever forced to buy. Not to mention there are money back guarantees.

What it comes down to IMHO is too many people are looking for a magic solution that does not exist. They want something that they don't have to work for; just push a button and money magically appears.

This does not exist, and it never will. If you are looking for a magic bullet or hoping for one, you are wasting valuable time that you could be using to really make money online. Stop waiting; stop hoping and start working.

A quick thanks for the post Yukinari. I guess you do get answers if you really listen. PenaAkul kind of had the same sentiment and I believ its true. Absolutely must get the "magic bullet" mindeset ejected. My feeling is this program is a decent one and I think it fits me so Im going to focus and work it. Cant afford to be sitting around any longer. It still amazes me what honesty you can get in a so-called "taboo" environment. Its all the people making money off you in the "honest" world that dont want you in places like BHW...for finding out the truth. Im glad I found this place. I suppose I'll be a member for awhile....maybe even post a success story. I pretty much have to succeed. Thanks again to all. :pirate:

Just wanted to point out that I looked at groomweddingspeech.org a bit and yahoo site explorer only shows 5 inlinks to that site (all with no PR) - yet groomweddingspeech.org has a PR of 1 - Am I missing something here? I'm surprised that site is even indexed - how did he get ANY PR at ALL?!

PDF was good, especially for newbies, a very concise system one can methodically follow. The videos were very hard to watch as his voice is very monotonous and almost borderline torture... A lot of compliments on his sales page, people speculate he jv'd with someone on that because it was extremely well done.

People do speculate too much, he actually got it done on one of those freelancer sites like el ance. People do a cracking job on those sites now a days.

i didnt udnerstand this either?! there must be something else that he is doing to rank high!

Hey guys,

Google Sniper seems like a workable plan however I've just ran his example to analyze the stuff you can't see for the keyword 'Groom Wedding Speech';

Statbrain - says site gets 956 visits per day

Market Samurai - Sites < 1 Year old | PR 1 | | IC 9 | BLP 19 | BLD 24 | Not in Yahoo or DMOZ | All 'on page' RED Y
SEOC: top 10 sites are all <PR3 some optimised like his and there's even one that is in DMOZ & Yahoo Directories ranking 8th and most have more backlinks than him except for the aged domain sites who have none.

Keyword Stats:
Broad - Searches 730 | SEOT 306 | PBR 67% | SEOC 26400 | SEOTC 23400 | SEOTCR 89%
Phrase - Searches 487 | SEOT 204 | PBR 67% | SEOC 26400 | SEOTC 23400 | SEOTCR 89%
Exact - Searches 266 | SEOT 111 | PBR 67% | SEOC 26400 | SEOTC 23400 | SEOTCR 89%

Site, overall, looks well put together and well optimised

However I have a couple of questions...

Is he only choosing .org when .com's are not available or are .orgs better for showing in more search engines (instead of .com for US or .co.uk for UK etc etc)?

Is there something else he is doing to rank number 1 in google and to stay there that he hasn't mentioned in the course?

He isn't doing anything with that WPMage he was recently peddling because in the Google Sniper videos he shows where he gets his website templates from and showed the theme with the fence that they used in the WPMage webinar they did a few weeks ago.

I just can't understand how he is holding his position and getting that much traffic per day (if statbrain.com is acurate, that is).

He states countless times throughout the course that he doesn't do much backlink building if any at all.

He the level of competition for the KWs he targets is low enough for him to take over with basic on-site SEO like having the KW in title, URL, and at a good KW density within the site.

This is completely possible to do at this level.

I've just been running my website through Traffic Travis and amending the B+ pages to get them to A (A+ will only work for my homepage because of H1 tage been my website title)

TT recommends keyword density to be between 1%-4% and seems to be only thing I need to amend on my pages according to this tool. What keyword density would you recommend: 1, 2, 3 or 4%? (even at 1% I feel like I'm stuffing the keyword into my articles)

And as long as the SEOC for the 1st page of google are little to non authority and low PR (<PR4) we should be able to grab a top 10 spot with just on page SEO in the way George Brown describes in Google Sniper, so long as we stick to the search and intitle numbers?

A very common problem I see is too many people get stuck on wanting to have the perfect KW density or that perfect number for competition etc....

There is none.

Sure, it's good to aim for a KW density of around 2-3% IMHO. Sure it's good to have lower competition. But at the end of the day, these are all guidelines. You can sit there all day and analyze, but at the end of the day, getting in there and getting your hands dirty is the only way to get some results.

Thanks Yuki,

My hands are filthy however I'm trying to circumvent the mistakes I made before. I feel that through all the self development I've been doing over the last 6 months there are still some holes whic if I don't ask I'll never know.

I think the GroomWeddingSpeech sniper site does so well because it is exact match, .ORG, and old (12 months).

( Sidenote: post on SEOMoz a while ago that said ORGs rank very well for exact match: http://www.seomoz.org/blog/google-vs-bing-correlation-analysis-of-ranking-elements )

And, probably because so many people search for and then click on the site because of the course... Google more than likely records clicks from searches and uses the information to weight results.

At the end of the day, it's kind of hit and miss. That's the one big site that gets touted from his course, perhaps he has dozens of other failures?

That's interesting...

Especially this section "Exact Match Domains by TLD Extension" .com massivley outweighs .org does that mean exact.org is ok to use if exact.com isn't available? And if exact.com isn't available is exactblog.com or exactinfo.com ok?

So if a site gets visited a lot affects its rank, I thought you try to gain rank to get the clicks. Is it a chicken and egg scenario?

He claims to be making 15K a month and statbrain says his groomweddingspeech site gets around 950 searches a day so he must be throwing PPC or some other traffic at it, maybe his Youtube tactic??

What I'm trying to do is see what he has done to get the 1st position and then apply it to a new site for me.

Why spend all this time and effort on this one example site that was setup when you could be applying it to making yourself money??

Most of the time, the sits used in the examples for these products were setup with the specific purpose of being an example. You also have to take into consideration that time brings changes to the amount of searches and even the site in question.

The site and results you are talking about are old news already.

Maybe the author just dropped the site now since it served it's purpose.

Maybe he has just moved onto other things. Who knows.

Instead of worrying about things you have no control over, you should focus on what you can control.

The stuff in Google Sniper is pretty much the same as any other niche marketing course.

1. Pick a product to promote.
2. Pick KWs that you can compete on. The more targeted the better.
3. Create your site.
4. Drive traffic.
5. Test, track, and tweak for optimal results.

That's all there is to pretty much anything in this business. You are just playing the middle man.

There is no magical algorithm that makes some successful and others unsuccessful.

There are 2 types of people; those that "do" and those that "don't". The ones that are successful are the people that "do", and the ones that are wasting their time and money looking for some magical solution are those that "don't".

We all have a choice to pick which type we want to be.

Reason: Look at something that works, try to break it down and copy the system so it works for me while at the same time I learn how and why it works so the next time I can do it faster.

Your right the system is simple when you know how (however the implementation: time, resource, money, learning curve of what to do and what to tweak and when to tweak afterwards etc is not) but unfortunately we're not all born IM'ers and most of these courses are like swiss cheese I prefer to try to learn something than sail blind especially when things change like they do and one person tells you this is the right way then someone else contradicts them.

BHW has certainly accerlerated this all for me however I personally still have questions (which is what I thought a forum was for) and I'm sure you did too once upon a time. If I don't know what I need to find how can I go and find it without asking?

If I was a "don't" person I wouldn't be here now would I.

I'm just saying over-analyzation is going to get you absolutely nowhere.

What are the things you do every day for business?

BHW is awesome, and there are some good courses out there, but reading these will not make anyone money. If you want to get real results and make real money, researching should be where you spend the least amount of your time.

Create a realistic plan based on your current knowledge, skill, and financial level, and then take action on it.

This is the only way you will be able to figure out what works for you and what doesn't and truly build a business for yourself.

Well just like any other regurgitated/ new way to market there is normally a gem buried in the pile of buffalo chips. Glad it's available on the forum.

Lets make one thing perfectly clear. George is NOT making these dinky little sites for a living, whether he ever was, who knows. His google sniper product made him over a million dollars, as did that traffic shit product he released. Hes a nice guy but as soon as he smashed his way into click bank, he is now a click bank peddler amongst all the others and thats where he makes his money, not with sites about groom speaches. lol

That being said, GS is a cool product and backs up ALL THE HUNDREDES OF OTHER PRODUCTS saying build a word press blog to upsell some crap click bank product with low competition high volume keywords. His traffic product however was total shite........

Google sniper clifff notes:

find niche keyword with low competition, high enough volume
grab .org or .com with kw in it
Do some basic shitty optimisation with plugins
Pretend to be an authority/reviewer/user/person that uses the product
Post some comments on your blog
Finished.

Your perspective rings a bell to my unproductive lazy fuck ears! I will have to follow you on twitter now. Well said. I am a reader, a non action taker. Each day I attempt to take action, beating the mind is the hardest problem.
