Google announced yesterday on their website that google product listings are gonna be free! So that means you'll get free traffic without ever spending a dime. Google said you don't even need an ad account to get your products listed. I think it's gonna work the same way in which websites get ranked. The changes are expected to take effect in the US starting next week then it will be rolled out globally b4 the year ends.
