It's not hard to move on I can just no follow link it to new domain but I wish I can find out the problem so I don't have that issue again!Sounds like you are hit with algorithmic penalty, so i would say move on mate

i see rank losing for 3 to 5 page's in clients site's ,but no any manual action in GWMT .

3-5 pages is not a big deal is it I lost 407k pages nowhere to be found. Yours could be and probably is a google dance. Mine does seem like a penalty though I'm not sure.

if the site is fairly new and you have 407,000 pages within googles index, that isn't natural is it? You said this has happened to you before as well with a similar or same type on site? Well 1+1 does = 2.
The way you're doing things obviously doesn't work long term, especially with auto-generated content (if that's what you're using), you shouldn't really be complaining, it could be thin content, the site itself could be deemed trash and unworthy of previous ranks or perhaps, you've been snitched on by a competitor and just manually reviewed and hammered or maybe the link network you purchased, has their PBN links devalued which creates a knock on effect, which is most likely the cause in my opinion, considering you say that your domain still ranks for its brand name/domain name?
search in google these phrases; www.domain.com* then domain.com* and also domain . com with the spaces, if your domain is still ranking for all those terms then I highly doubt the domain is penalised and I'd put it down to what I said above, the package you purchased of links must have got hit. (if you haven't built any links yourself and you've only purchased links that is).

The other site was same type of site yes but that was running for 1+ years before running it to this problem. I have no idea the reason behind it and google wont give a manual action either

So just a quick update. I have checked backlinks and there are a few forum posts with just one post from the account spamming my link. Another few backlinks from disqus with auto download links secure passwords etc I don't know how they managed to stick that link to my domain.
I've also heard that the recent google update is cracking down on mobile experience. I have iframes within the site which sometimes have some dirty popups. So a few things that could be the root cause still dont know.
I've now disavowed the links in concern and gonna wait a few days to see how it all goes if not I will probably do a redesign removing iframe and also changing domain too. Thank you everyone for your support in trying to help!

So last time it took 1 yr+ and this time it took 6 months. G algo as already been updated many times in the last 1 yr (to better detect web spam) so prob explains why you got caught sooner. As other person said, 1+1 = 2. Not sure why you need a big explanation when its happened before and you already know this. You have a site that auto generates (spam) content and after 6 months its gone. Last time it was 1 yr. next time it might be 2 or 3 months!! Really simple imo!!

it's not spam content and I didn't know about these spam comments on forums until today. Someone has been intentionally doing it to demote me!

If he got penalized for his links that means were all fucked. I have seen his backlink profile & it is clean as is mine. We both got hit from September 1st
