Google Penalized Domain Name (Host name). Will add on domain be affected?

google penalized my primary domain name (Host name), so i decided to move the content to my addon domain name on the same server.
Will Google penalized the addon domain name since it has the same hosting ip

I have never seen that happen before and it would affect too many shared hosting packages so it's unlikely that they will.

just move your database to another domain everything should be fine
