All the rankings I lost on the June update regained it on July Update...

He is (half) joking. There won't be an official update, but there would be some changes. That's the reality with google now days. You know that any given situation would change in a very short time...

You can read in the attachment it is clearly stated that the updates will start from mid June till august end. so i am pretty much sure there will be one more update.
While i gained my traffic 10-15% in last few days.

Anyone seen a shift in rankings over the weekend? Seen some of my SERPs change quit a bit since Friday, not quite a broad core update level but still a lot more volatile than the usual day-to-day stuff.

Was hit hard in early July. No significant recovery since and no significant change in the last week.
