Yes google count nofollow as ******** , I read in Matt cuts blog that Nofollow now is more useful than ******** in pagrank "not ranking"
but the useful links in the 2 cases when OBL less than 50
OBL: means number of outbacklinks from the page

Yes, I agreed. For me: Maybe we can see some blogs, sites doesn't have nofollow outbound links but we need to check robots.txt also to make sure it's an ******** link but nofollow sometime better than ******** because of:

Think about you have a great site and your users love your site and blog about your site on their blogs on wordpress.com or blogger.com or some free blog sites (usually free blog sites have index, nofollow). I agree. I had a similar experience with a new site lately.

lol how you know that they don't pass juice? lol I rank #2 on very competitive keyword with over 500k results with just 4 nofollow links and in 2.5 months And don't ask for proof or something I just dont want to tell you. Believe it or not is your choice.

SEO Content (this is the most important thing, you will rank well if you know how to write your content, it's not about placing your keywords around your page), good site structure and a few backlinks + Bookmarks + ping.

Do a simple experiment to check. Create an orphaned page on one of your sites, then put some nofollow links to it on high PR pages and let it sit a few weeks to a month then check that pages PR. If it's got a 1 or more than you know it's getting some link juice. If it's in the index, you know the nofollows are being crawled (which I'm sure is the case anyhow).
