Hello,

Do you have any adsense code on your 404 page? or are you using "auto ads"? This causes that last enforcement date changes daily.
You can use 410 redirect for your deleted urls in .htaccess file. If you do it "last enforcement date" will not change after a few days.

Thank you for your reply. No I have any code on 404. I dont use Auto Ads.
Now one of the notif is deleted, buy second is here always, every day changes date, now it is on 17 Dec 2018
I hope it will be deleted too !

I have the same problem, a while ago I received the DMCA claim immediately removed the entry from my website and I contacted the Adsense support. The person who helped me told me that deleting the Adsense ads at the entrance was enough, but I still eliminated it. The infraction disappeared from my account days later. However then it reappeared so I contacted again and told me that I had to answer the counter notification for the infraction to disappear so I did that and I responded. Apologizing for the error and that the entry had already been removed immediately and that it was actually an editor who had done it and did not know that the publication violated the DMCA.

This weekend after sending the counter-notification the infraction disappeared again, however today in the morning I look at my Adsense Policy Center and continue there. How long could the counter notification be answered? Do you think he can be banned?

I just want to bring this thread up since I am facing the same issue. I have two posts that received Adsense DMCA complaint and I already deleted the two pages. Do I still need to reply and send a counter-notification? It's 2019 and I'm worried if they are now banning accounts with issues like this.

Quote from the warning I received in June 26th:

"If we do not receive a counter-notification from you within 10 days, we may revoke your AdSense approval."

Hello. I just recently experienced this issue last June. What I did is permanently removing the affected pages and redirect them to 404 page. The 404 page must not contain any ads or the issue will still continue showing. You can send a counter-notif only if the posts are yours and you are sure that you dont copyright it. In my case, what I did is just delete the affected post and wait. After a week, the dmca issue on adsense dashboard was removed.
