Some guys said, that notice will be disappear from 7 to 10 days. I hope so

Yes, but I'm worrying about payments. Whether the money will be sent on December 21st, while the DMCA notice is still in the account
Notice disappeared today
after 14 days. If it is about only one page, don't worry, you won't have any problem.

I advice to use 451 Server Response and write a little daemon to check "rights" if they will change

Notice disappeared today
I have two pages and the notices disappeared today, after 7 days
Hello,
If it is for several pages only, you can delete adsense code from these pages. After 7-10 days DMCA notice will disappear.
only 1 page
i received DMCA Notice at 28 avril , after 2 days i sent a conter notification , of course i don't know what i did because i thought i must reply
2 May google sent me a msg to send some infos about my address for DMCA complain.
4 May the notice of DMCA is gone from my adsense policy page
but 6 May it backs with same page and date of notice is 5 May
please what can i do now ? i already deleted the page and it redirected to 404 error page
i leave that notice till it gone automaticaly ?
for my adsense account it can be disabled if i didn't reply ?

You don't need to reply if you deleted adsense code from that page.
Be sure you disabled auto ads for that page. In your adsense account go to -> My Ads -> Content -> Auto ads -> New Url Group - ADD URL ( add page url which got DMCA notice) -> and there disable all auto ads.
wait a few days and check enforcement date of notice, if it stays as 5th May after a few days, it means notice will disapper after 7-10 days automatically.
*As it redirected to 404 Page, you shouldn't have any adsense code on your 404 page too.
thank you , i deleted the page adn redirect 301 to 404 error page without ads
the page wich have dmca notice google already disabled ads on it
so i must now waiting :/ i hope no ban before payment
i also removed the site from autorized sites page , is that ok ?

You don't need to remove the site from autorized sites page. You can continue to use adsense on that website. It is enough if you deleted adsense code from page which got DMCA notice and 404 page.
Yes, just wait and you will see notice will disappear after 7-10 days. They won't ban before payment

Today received Google AdSense DMCA Notice for page that I was deleted in previous notice ot 6th december 2017. The page was deleted on 6th december 2017 and replaced with error 404. The new is that Google AdSense want counter notification in 10 days or the account will be disabled. What can I do?

you have 2 choices :
1 - make sure you removed the page and redirect it to 404.html or any error page wich not containt any adsense code .
2 - do a counter notice , if accepted is ok , if not accepted also no problem
the notice will be deleted between 5 to 7 days from your adsense panel after you redirect to 404 error page
your account will not banned if you didn't reply in 10 days and payment you will receive it at 21th

My problem is that this page was removed on 6th december 2017 for violance DMCA. Now on 8th of july I received DMCA Notice fot the same page. The page was with error 404 from december 2017. Today I received a second DMCA notice for the same page ... and now I have 2 the same pages with DMCA notice. Probably this is a bug, I don't know?
Also I was made group without active formats in autoads section and add in this group the problem page

I have same problem, in the first day, Last enforcement date was 6 Dec 2018, and after every day, this date changes!!! 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 and today 12 Dec 2018 !! I removed content, any code adsense in my page, I send a notice to Google, and today I received this email:

Now I am afraid for my account ! The DMCA notice is always on mu panel and the date changes every day
