Goodbye paid SEO tools

WOW. That's interesting. He has to be paying for that data source....so instead of monetizing users access to the data his theory is that he'll generate more revenue by offering it for free and capitalizing on the sheer traffic volume - do I have that right?

Yes ;)

Lol, good luck with that. Ahrefs + Semrush are both multi-million dollars company.

Neil Patel's at it again.
I know, but I think he'll be able to make an MVP.
good to here that..
Of course :D I am happy specially about Kwfinder, they have 5 keywords per 24 hours for free account, that's a joke I hope Neil takes over its market :D

You really think Neil can take over the market? Have you used Ubersuggest lately? It is buggy as hell after his acquisition, he created that post just to earn shares + links.

I did a test of a keyword on Ubersuggest vs Moz Keyword explorer and there is a rather large difference:

UberSuggest: 2400
Moz Keyword: 851-1.7k

UberSuggest averages historical data and I'm not sure how Moz gets their numbers but UberSuggest didn't show close to the low end of Moz month over month in the graph.

It means more competition for you, an open market for everybody. But in no way it would be possible, there is a reason Ahrefs and Semrush charge premium for their products and SerpStat is shitty as it is.
You pay for what you get, my friends.

Every Keyword Tool is just, more or less, assuming what the KW Volume is.

Don’t believe it?

@WebMinati in his Journey thread said that his chosen KW had 800/Monthly searches according to Ahrefs and 2k according to KW Finder - Ended up being a 20k/Month Keyword.

I assume there is discrepancies and such. It was just a quick check and not to be considered scientific - since it was related to something I was working on anyway - I just thought I would share a quick and dirty test. I will look at his @WebMinati Journey thread sounds like hit has some good info - thanks for the suggestion!

Don't get your hopes up. The tools that cost money often have hefty expenses and they're actually spending money to keep the tools premium, functional, and up-to date. It's not always the case, but look at Moz versus Ahrefs. One is good and paid, the other is free but garbage. Which one do you this Neil Patel's tool will be more similar to?

+1

There's no way in hell he will be able to make a free tool that is on the same level as Ahrefs.

Well he already was able to build a lot of new links and shares with this article. What a mastermind this guy is.

Super, if patel giving free tools for SEO Mastery!

Well I don't care if he makes a perfect copy of Ahrefs or SEMrush, what I do care about is that he eats away the Kwfinder market because it's a stupid simple tool that is so expensive.
