Hi. Signed up and confirmed my email, but your system has the 'confirm your email address' orange banner still. And so that's not letting me get any further in the 'demo process'. Please assist thanks

With regard to the return, not everything is so clear.
In May, I paid the GS-CXN 500 tariff.
Proxies didn't work for me. I immediately emailed about it and asked for a refund.
Nobody answered my letter, although before that they answered.
The money was not returned to me.

Not always 1 hour is enough for a normal test.
I asked you for a test for 24 hours, I was ready to pay for it, you refused me.
In your return conditions, you guaranteed a return if the proxies did not fit.
I believed it.
But you just stopped responding to my messages.
You may not be doing this right now, but I think other users should be aware of my bad experience.
If you do not return funds, then it is probably worth indicating this, and not misleading people.
