Front-Page De-Indexed? Need Help . .

Got some issue with my Shop & I'm not sure what happend or what to do?

Short explained:

• Front-Page (Site A) - had a serp ranking between 8 - 12 for the last 6 months
• One of the Products, wasn't in the searchresults with the keywords of Site A,
  but had similiar Long-Term-Keywords

Now, the last two to three weeks, Google removed the front-page / start-site from the searchresults and only shows the single product page instead, with a bader ranking 30 - 41

So what I tried the last days:

• disavowed bad backlinks
  (scanned with SEMrush, Majestic, MonitorBacklinks & Google Search Console)
• removed the "similiar" keywords from the product page,
  optimized the SEO of the whole Shop
• re-crawled the site
• without results

What I have:
WooCommerce Shop
SEO Yoast
Bad-Ass Competition which does fraud & everything to ruin the competitor


My Shop and the products are good indexed only my front-page doesn't shows up in the results anymore (except i'm searching for the shop name or with "site:shopnameDOTcom")


Maybe someone of you has any idea or experience with a similar case

BTW:
Search Console is clean, no errors or anything else, also my site, onpage seo is without any problems or duplicate content

i think that is the right answer, pretty sure, i had after the first month of going online (6 months ago), about 10k backlinks pointed to a fresh/new domain

that was also my first thought, but after checking it with copyscape and semrush, i didn't found anything which would point to duplicate content

Did you try diavsowing those backlinks? Although members here say that it does not work and I personally have not tried it but you should have done that when you figured out about those backlinks. Anywho can you try making a new website from scratch (ofcourse even that can be targeted) or just wait I guess.

Yes bro, i disavowed and checked manually nearly all this backlinks as soon as i saw them and it helped my shop ranking for months and now... it seems like i got flagged (idk?!)

Duplicate content isn't always off-site.

For example, if the home page excerpts make up a large fraction of the post themselves, this is dup content. Some people have the whole post on the home page, then the post contains a canonical url header. Google sees the home content just like the post, but the post says canonical is itself, so Google removes the home page.
