Freelancer needed to scrape Instagram | Easy Task | Paid | Python

I have a bot that scrapes Instagram followings (It will scrape the name, username, number of followers, etc.)

This is how the bot works - I will have a list of the Instagram profiles, and the bot will go to their following
& scrape the data

I have integrated the proxies, but it's very expensive

My provider charges me $1 per GB for rotating residential proxies

But the bot takes too many proxies to scrape the data

This is what I need your help with

1 - Make the bot Lighter
2 - Integrate proxies, etc

You should work at least 6 - 8 hrs a day, and we can complete the project in the next 3 days

Or
100 / 24 = $4.1/hr

I do not think you can find someone with this budget.
