Hi. I made a plugin called Automatic Post Tagger. As the name suggests, its purpose is assigning tags to posts. It can save a lot of time and it is perfect for autoblogs. All you have to do is create a list of tags and their related words. The plugin will handle the rest.

You can find it in the official WP Plugin Directory.

Would you appreciate a feature that would add only tags that occur more than X times?

The thing is that I would have to rewrite a lot of code... so I will implement it only if enough people show their interest
