I wouldn't recommend going with a free domain provider. Godaddy supports .tk domains.
But if you still want to go with a free one you have Hostinger or 000webhost

Stay away from free hosting, they can (and will do) deleted your site when they want without a reason or communication.
The same with .tk domains. They can (and will do) deleted your site when they want without a reason or communication.
Go to marketplace, section hosting. You can buy a cheap hosting plan for $10/$20 per year.
For a domain is not mandatory buy a .com for $10 a year, buy a .top or .xyz for $1 (first year).
With $15 you'll have hosting + domain fro 1 year.
Can not afford $15? IM maybe is not for you.

000webhost is not bad, they did archive my site once but it was never fully deleted and I was able to restore it just by clicking their button. Not sure of the reason yet but it only happened that one time during the year or more. Not bad for a free host. But tbh have not tried anything else.
