Forming a Business Question

I currently have 2 Affiliate Marketing sites. One makes me about $1,000/month and the other is up and down like crazy while I'm trying to rank it so anywhere from $0-$3,000/month.

Like Last month Site 1: $1,180 and site 2: $690

but the month before that Site 1: $1,067 and site 2: $1,713

Anyway, Every month I am ranking my sites higher and making more money.

My question is, should I be filing some kind of business? Sole Proprietorship? LLC? Corporation?

I don't work under any formal business structure. I just get paid from Clickbank every week then at the end of the year pay taxes.

Probably better to get your accountant to advise, as you could get tax breaks, you don't say what country you are from. Your accountant will know more about that
