Formally declare about google update

This looks more like you got sandboxed for some things rather than a new update went through, but I may be off here....

But this domain is around 4 years old, and before the content live, it had live with some similar content for around 1 years.
I guess sandbox is not the issue
 
Sandboxing doesn't just happen with new domains, if you built links it didn't like it can get sandboxed whenever, despite its age.
 
I like BHW but sometimes this site is like SEO and Backlink Building World because thats all people think of when the think of getting traffic lol.....
