I have a very professional and polished site (was thousands to develop and lots of hours) that auto posts a different home foreclosure listing every day using a database of all available foreclosures. I built all traffic (at peak was over 1k uniques/day) to the site using white hat methods and a very large twitter following (was the premier foreclosure expert on Twitter).
The site is a one of a kind and I feel terrible for neglecting the potential. I Have not promoted the site for over a year now and lost most of the organic traffic it was getting. Any blackhatter want to go 50/50 and promote/run the site. This is a very profitable niche and adsense alone pays amazing.
I don't have the time to do anything with the site and would give the chosen partner access to the backend of the site. This might be the perfect opportunity for someone that isn't a good coder/developer/designer but can blackhat the shiz out of a great site.
