First GSA Campaign - Tier 1

Hey everyone,

I am new to GSA and am working on my first GSA campaign. I am using private proxies only and have one spun up article written. Also, I have one email account set up.. Being new to this, I want to make sure my SEO techniques with GSA are going to work while minimizing risk of being penalized as much as possible.

I am aware that I am not suppose to use GSA for Tier 1 link building, although, on the other hand, I am not really an expert of SEO otherwise.

My plan was to do some research and make a list of websites I want to market to and run my tier 1 GSA campaign solely on the list I compiled.

Being new to this all, I was hoping to get the thoughts of some other fellow forum members and maybe get some guidance towards a successful tier 1 campaign with GSA?

Thank you in advance!

Decide how many links you want for tier 1. Using only 1 spunned article will never be enough and only 1 email account is also not recommended.

Correct it accordingly.

Thanks for the reply jigartank1225. So to start and to stay relatively safe, what would be the minimum number of spunned articles and email accounts to safely start the campaign?

There's a cracked version of social commando 2.0 here on the forum that will go and create outlook accounts for you. You could use them as your emails or buy a whole bunch from here or fiverr. You can scrape medium articles with scrapebox article scraper or other tools, too.

In SEO I think, too much is never enough.

Outlook accounts are the worst you can use with GSA SER. Hop over to BANDITIM and buy some Yahoo's/Mail.ru's - or better yet - create or buy your own catchall accounts.

Regarding the quality of content, everyone will have a different opinion about it, but people are ranking car insurance sites on AB content, which is as unique as a grain of sand on the beach. I'm using translated gibberish content (Tutorial here) and I'm ranking just fine.

GSA SER has a huge learning curve and you're just not going to find the right settings by surfing the forums. You really need to do a lot of trial-and-error yourself before you know what works.

Why is outlook the worst when compared with others? I am aware of trial and error being a necessary step to learning to use such a tool, although was hoping to get some more concrete guidelines on where to start and how to get started in a way that won't penalize my money site due to errors. Cheers for the reply though :)

Because there were problems with their POP3 settings/spam filter etc. IIRC. I fully understand your thought process and we've all been there. But the unfortunate fact is you're going to get very conflicting opinions and there is no way but testing yourself to verify or reject those opinions. Even on the GSA forums a lot of the advice is plain wrong IMO. Furthermore - unlike most other link building techniques - it takes months to fully understand GSA SER, so no one who's actually ranking big keywords is going to give you their secret recepy.

If you do enough reading and testing, ultimately you will be able to find a golden formula yourself, but it's gonna take some serious time. If you really want a concrete template to start out I'd suggest you read Jacob King's guidelines: http://www.jacobking.com/broken-tiered-link-building It's definitely the best guide out there, but IMHO it still needs some major tweakings. Up to you to find them out :)

I thought it a Journey. I am SEO noob so I dont want to answer, But I will follow this.
It will really helpful for the Noob if you make a journey threads.

i've been buying yahoo emails from im bandit. highly recommended that you get many more emails. they dont cost much.

You site will get penalized one day if you use Spunned articles and GSA. You might get lucky though.

I would suggest you to Create Web 2.0 as your tier 1 with unique content. Then use GSA for tier 2.

You will need lot of Content for any Campaign in GSA, Captcha Breaker, Proxies and Email accounts are necessary too.
