First day on cpa+youtube

So this is my second day on Cpa
Result: 0.53 $
Everything is alright
- my landing page,
- domain,
- content locker with cpalead,
- targeted taffic From instagram 100per day,
- my own video
- good tags with vidlq

But the problem is from youtube I think
1- the video is not ranked
2- no viewers from youtube
3- 0 subscribers
4- I have account in addmefast free exchange views and like 150 views and 50 like


What can I do now ? And what is the problem ? Any little help
