Finding a better facebook ad account renting service

I am not sure if this is a normal occurrence in renting ad accounts, but on average my accounts live between 1-7 days. After soon half a year of back and forth account replacements I am barely able to scale my ads since the same day my ads start to perform with stable results and good stats my account gets disabled. Yes I do keep the pixel data between accounts but still losing that optimized ad post sets me back over and over again. My daily budget stayed the same for around 4 months now, I literally can not scale.

My question is, is there a strategy issue on my side, and is there any better way to get a more stable account?
