Facebook Zero Spend Campaign

Try these: verify the new page, run a tiny warm-up spend, make sure billing info matches. If it still happens, open a support chat

some people have been experiencing this issue lately, you're not alone. with new account/ page or new payment method, will be limited a bit and take some time to delivery and spend. just build them and scale gradually, try to divide budget to test more with multiple camps then it will work

Your suggestion is very good, I will use it so Meta will give spending account

Hi,
Is anyone else having the same problem as me
Facebook ads account, haven't spent much lately, campaign is active
I've changed to a new Fanpage, set up a decoy campaign and changed to a new autopay card
Let me know, I'm not alone

maybe meta has algorithm error, the same thing happened a few months ago. can only wait patiently until fb fixes the patch

Zero spend campaigns on Facebook often happen due to trust or billing issues Try warming up the ad account using verified payment methods

I’ve run into similar issues sometimes Facebook flags accounts even with minimal activity.
Bro, Facebook algorithm changes constantly, it will take 1-2 months for everything to return to normal.

I'm sure this is a common situation today, many people are like this, including me and many others. The rate of unspendable accounts still exists, please replace it with another source of account.

If your campaign is active but not spending, it’s usually a delivery or account-signal issue. For example: your audience might be too small, your bid too low, or your account under a hidden hold.
Fixes worth checking: widen your audience, raise your budget, ensure your payment method is unlocked, and test a small live spend to wake up the delivery system.

It's really frustrating because this no-spending situation keeps happening, spending accounts suddenly stopping, moving to new accounts, changing payment cards, trying small budgets... over and over again.

Meta needs an update and algorithm that is more relevant to advertisers

Yes, I’ve faced this too campaigns show active but no spend. Usually it happens when the account is new or Facebook’s system is reviewing things. Try leaving it for a day or two, don’t edit too much.

Non-spending accounts happen quite a lot lately, but mostly new accounts, warming up the account is quite important

Yes, it’s totally fine to pause a campaign for a few days — especially if you’re just taking a short break. When you restart, Meta’s learning phase might reset slightly, but for 2–3 days it’s usually not a big issue.

You’re not alone, many people are experiencing the same situation, including me. I even tried changing the media, content, fanpage, and setting up a completely new campaign, but nothing has changed at all…

This can happen for a few different reasons on Meta’s side, such as temporary review delays, delivery limitations, or system-wide fluctuations.
