Hi,
Is anyone else having the same problem as me
Facebook ads account, haven't spent much lately, campaign is active
I've changed to a new Fanpage, set up a decoy campaign and changed to a new autopay card
Let me know, I'm not alone

I have the same problem as you. The campaign is still active but not spending the budget as before, even though there is no violation. It seems that Meta is scanning and limiting the display for each account.
This is probably a new algorithm from Meta to better control accounts, but I find it ineffective.

Even when everything looks fine, Facebook can flag accounts. Based on what I've seen, changing pages, cards, and making fake campaigns doesn't always reset the system. For now, I suggest you hold off on making any substantial changes. Check your business information and give the account some time. If the problem keeps happening, contact Facebook Support so they can look into it themselves.

It could be that the delivery algorithm has changed or the new account is not yet reliable enough with the new payment method. Try letting the campaign run stably for a few days to see if there is any improvement.

Same BM but other accounts are spending very well and only one account is having problem of not spending, it seems like the situation of abnormal spending algorithm has repeated like last year's election

You're not alone. You can find a lot of posts about this topic, but it seems like every answer is only relative. Something may work for one person, but not for another. I've also tried many methods and read a lot of advice, but I’ve only been able to reduce this issue rather than completely stop it

Yes sir, sometimes need to let account rest, Meta algorithm will be updated

recently, facebook has been having this error, so many people are having the same problem as you. you can change to another account and reset the campaign to see how it goes, or you can wait for facebook to fix the error

I’m seeing similar behavior on a few accounts too. I tried turning off all ads for about 10–15 minutes and then turning them back on and some of the accounts started spending then

Try verifying your payment method, ensure there’s consistent activity across your ad account, and give it 24–48 hours. Sometimes switching to manual payment or refreshing the campaign setup helps too

This issue is quite common, especially after recent policy updates. I think Meta is taking strong control to prevent payment fraud.
Meta has been using algorithms to work, but a lot of problems have occurred and we have to adapt.

yes you are not alone, i have encountered many such accounts recently. i also tried everything to fix this problem, some were successful, some were not and i switched to another account.

I am also experiencing the same situation as you, the account does not spend, even though I have changed payment cards, pages, even created new ads and multiplied groups but still have not spent.

I'm really going crazy about this problem too, if you've tried everything and your account still won't spend, then delete it and use a new account. That account is beyond repair.

it's annoying when facebook sometimes has problems like this, when some accounts are active for hours but still not spending

When you change your Fanpage and payment card at the same time, the system often needs to re-verify the trustworthiness. If possible, keep the old card or fanpage for the first few campaigns to maintain a stable spending rhythm.
Your suggestion is great, I will try it.

I have the same problem as you recently it takes a long time for my account to start spending
