I feel fb is better. Twitter is good, but Facebook feed feels much better.

For news and trends Twitter will work best, to get in touch with your friends then Facebook and Instagram are the way to go.

As a user, i think Facebook is more social than twitter. But on Twitter, you always found a well and educated person and on another side on facebook everyone is social. So Facebook is better than Twitter which is useful for everyone.
