I will be using this thread to answer topics related to viral pages. Most people will probably ask questions that have been already answered in threads elsewhere in this forum so I will only be responding to the best questions that I also feel will give everyone in general more insight in those particular topics.

    MY STATS ON FACEBOOK

    - 15.4M TOTAL PAGE LIKES
    - REACH = 10-22M daily
    - ENGAGEMENT = 6-13M daily
    - PAGE LIKES = 35-55k weekly
    - VIDEO VIEWS = 85-105m weekly

One of my smaller pages stats for Dec 2016

Damn, sick stats. I have a few questions for you.

    1. Whats your biggest page you have had that has been banned? Is facebook banning pages a normal thing?

    2. For growing pages like that im guessing now you can just grow them from promoting them on your current pages, but whats the best way if just starting out with 0 likes?

    3. Do your website links get banned ever? Do you cloak your links?

Hey i am a newbie would like to know that how do you find viral content i know it might sound little stupid but i am just curious to learn. How do you reach that number in a particular niche and how do you use fb ads interest and budgeting ?

Do you suggest using split testing with different fb ad accounts for the same page?

The obvious question, how long did it take you to get to 15 million likes from point zero? In your opinion and experience, what is the biggest obstacle for a page to go viral (Good Content Assumed)?

Have you ever built Fake "Hot Girl" Profiles, built them up via Add me groups, Botting, etc? Then began Syndicationg your Fan pages on them via Share networks? If so what are the Pros and Cons to this. If you did not do this, what sort of BH strategy did you use?

    1. Biggest page was 1.4M which we had grown in under 10 weeks. It was heavily involved around music and with the recent push for music licensing on the platform it was inevitable the page would get deleted.

    2. Yes, now I can use my own pages to grow new ones. I recommend viral groups, share for share with pages of similar sizes or paid shares/paid influencers. Veer away from running ads to grow a page, you'll waste a ton of money before seeing good results. And last but not least, the content has to be great and suited to the fan base you are trying to grow.

    3. I don't post links or have a website for articles. My pages are monetised for views. I do sometimes post links on behalf of third parties such as Viral Thread etc so I couldn't give you anymore insight on that I'm afraid.

Finding viral content is usually through a list of content sources that i have watched over the last few months/years etc. The first thing is knowing who your fan base is and what content they are going to like most. It doesn't help winging it and uploading anything and everything hoping something will go viral - you will have to maximise your efforts from all angles. Try finding friends who share a lot of content to their own timelines then go to their profiles and scroll through the different pages. You should also check out Page Suggestions of similar pages such as your own - this is a great place to start. Find the content which is doing the best on those pages then decide if it's right for your page and if so - try it out.

I never run ads, my pages are viral on their own. But if I was going to run ads then I would target them to interests, it makes sense. That way you are really fine tunings and narrowing down that particular piece of content to people who are more than likely going to respond with it most.

I started in Nov 2015. Biggest obstacle I found was staying consistent. There were many times i came close to giving up but after a few months it all started to pay off bit by bit. A viral page takes time to grow, maintain and get viral. People want results after 1 week but that isn't the case, you have to treat it as a project - focus on other things while building it up at the beginning because if it is all you are putting your time into, the numbers the page will be pulling at the beginning will frustrate you. Only begin to put a lot more time into it when it's big enough and generating some good results.

Monetised with views? Like video views?

I didn't know Facebook had their own monetization thing going on.

Congrats on your achievement. I'll be following this thread for getting inspiration and techniques to try on my own pages.

I'd like to know the different types of viral content you use on your sites (quizes, contents, memes etc), best tools to find such content for inspiration. I'd also like to know if you use any automated tools to help your posts go viral.

    1. By any chance, have you used Facebook UIDS to target fans?

    2. What type of content do you post more often, photos or videos?

    3. Have you purchased fake posts likes?

    4. Have you used fake accounts to share content to groups? If yes, about how many and how often do you share?

    5. I use Facebook ads for page promotion once in a while. I noticed that USA targets are very expensive. Is there any way to get the USA targeted fans at a cheaper rate?

How you grow 1,4 milion page in 10 weeks? I would be happy to grow 200k for same time.

Is it by profile invitation, group posting, s4s. Also is there a way to invite people by id list? Thanks.

    No I do not :)

I kept the niches generic from the very beginning as this would be the easiest way to grow a large fan base. I put in a small $100 investment to grow the page (which has since been unpublished) using tier 2-3 audiences as I knew I'd generate the best results for my money with these.

Something I see is people spamming their pages with random content all throughout the day hoping for something to go viral. It is better to fine tune what you are distributing to your fan base, less is more in this case. This is also means the content you are putting out has more reach per post if you limit the amount you are posting per day.

Yes i do have many fake profiles which admin my pages (as I've previously had numerous hacking attempts) - I built them years ago using add me groups and spent time making them look real. So didn't go the standard "hot babe" looking type of girl as this is too obvious to be a fake and instead, focused on building profiles that looked more authentic with cute/classy girls.

I was posting in viral groups (took some time to find and still does - although I do not need to use them anymore whatsoever) - find around 2-5 to work with and would periodically share and re-share content in them from time to time.

Personally, I don't recommend buying fake engagement or likes because while it gives your page an "authority" look - what is it actually helping you with? It also means having to always buy these fake shares on every post as it doesn't make sense to have one with 3000+ shares and then the rest pulling in 100+ shares - it's too much stress and a waste of time to commit to. I advise spending time growing your page, it's not easy nor is it overnight but consistency is what gets you there.

I nearly gave up with my first page, I was so close but something told me to get keep going and eventually around the 50k mark the page began pulling in some very good traction, this was a good indicator for me to start planning on a new page (which I did at 100k) and so on with each new page which has worked very well in my favour. I never stop making new pages, I want 50m likes in the 18 months. Every 4-8 weeks I start a new page in a chosen niche of mine.

I have a bunch of big pages that got unpublished by Facebook. Do you know any way that I can get them back? The only useful page I have left is a verified page with 37K likes and I don't know the best way to grow it.
