Posting a link in the comments section of a Facebook group post can help increase traffic to your content. Posting links in the comment section of group posts on Facebook can help you increase traffic, but I think the effect will not hight, moreover, posting too much can make your account considered spam and possibly account banned.
 
Our clients do that but the effect of this method is quite limited. A more effective strategy they are using now is to bulk join target groups with many accounts and automatically share their content. Naturally, group admins might block you, but in less strictly regulated groups, this can be an effective way to obtain leads.

You set a limit on how many shares each day each account to extend the account's usage time. But they remain expendable; when one gets banned, you move on to the next set.
 
Posting link can make Facebook marks you as spam, you should watch the time gap

I think it depends on each group's policy, is your link safe? Is it a violation of policy?...
 
Posting link is dangerous but it can for sure get you traffic. I found a safer way to get traffic without getting banned with fb comments is to comment a low-key advertisement type of comment and leave som kind of call-to-action that sends people to your profile.

On your profile, you should have your link and some form of pinned post meant to convert them. This way, you'll be safe when commenting and youll still get traffic..

I do cpa content locking and i made like $33.45 in less than 24hrs without even posting a link in fb groups (i am not selling anything to anyone so no need to hit my pm)

That method will really work for you, but you need to know how to hide them so that Facebook doesn't ban your account.
