Facebook Reverse Crypto Ads Ban

So there's a rumour for couple of weeks now that FB partly reverse crypto advertising ban but I cant find any legit information on it except that FB still won't approve ICO.
Someone heard about it? Or currently running crypto related campaigns on FB?

ICO's are still banned. BUT some "pre-selected advertisers" can promote their platforms.

I doubt that, FB not going to reverse its decision unless there is some sort of ultra pressure on them and direct buy for crypto works way better than FB.

ICO are banned, they're approving preapproved ads but but a simple google search would have been suffice.

It is still banned by Facebook. However, you will need to send in application for approval before posting your Crypto Offer Ad. Who care if there are some blackhatter sending offers on facebook anyway. they can always figure out the way. From my experience, they tend to do well and make over $1,000 a day anyway.
