Facebook Profile Banned from Ads Manager. Urgent Help Needed!!

So I have been running my ad account for my legit clothing brand (ECommerce but not dropshipping) for 3 years now with no problems. This year I gave a freelancer access to help me with the ads. This is all done within one business manager profile.

I recently got into dropshipping for separate businesses, but got a business manager banned due to violating terms. That was cool as my main one was safe. I started running ads for my dropshipping brands in a new ad account and I have had regular disapproved ads, but always try to change it and stay within the guidelines.

A few days ago I got an alert across my whole business manager saying my account had been restricted due to violating terms. I hadn't done anything new recently, it just happened out of the blue. My ads are still running and my marketer still has access and can edit everything.

I am wondering, if I can get my access back, what is the best way of creating a new account? I have a second profile bought from Valar which I plan to warm up and grant access to all my accounts to, however, would this be flagged? I would be running that profile with a VPN in place to avoid IP issues.

Any help will be appreciated as I am currently suffering! Cheers

Reach out to the support, there is a Form were you can appeal the decision. It sounds to me like your payment method is probably on a blacklist as well.

I have appealed already but still waiting for a reply. Chat support say they cannot help as it is an issue with my actual Facebook profile and not the account on its own. I was able to pay off all my bills with the usual PayPal method, so I don’t think it’s the payment method?

Just run a new profile with a VPN that doesn't help you. You should to change your user-agent too. That means, you need a new computer, or just use some anti-detect browser with a personal private proxy. Anyway, you need an answer from Facebook support, cuz if you will just run a new campaign on a new account, they will block you again. You need to check your domain and website, cuz they flagged it as suspicious too. You can try to use cloackers, but it is a lot of work and a new way of promoting your store.

This happens periodically, so you need to immediately write to the support and learn all the details. Good luck mate!

Usually they respond in 24hrs. However if it's not an ad account, policy violation issue, you should be ok

i got an email notification yesterday. it says "your ads were approved and will start delivering shortly". but that account is dead almost for two months,permanently banned. LOL what a shit bugs...

same here, even my rep couldnt change it. fill the form and move to family/friends accounts and buy ones as last resort

dont buy nothing......create an acc on your mobile phone FB app,with mobile data connection. setup your profile,add your pic and info,add some friends every day,but not too many. then login from your PC after one week or more. make sure NOT to have more then 3 accounts on your PC at the same time! so,go and deactivate all of your useless accs with banned ad accounts there.

can you let me know if i formate windows system can change user agent or it's not? Because i think user agent depends on browser or system thing so if i format can change whole thing? thanks

If you just change the size of your windows it doesn't help, you should to understand what user-agent include.
