I've also seen this information circulating among some of my friends. It seems like this is a limited trial in certain areas, probably aimed at reducing spam rather than a widespread rollout.
 
This is old feature, after they open blue check mark sub you are already able to do this. It's one of the feautures included on blue check mark
 
It’s not a full charge yet Facebook is testing limits on link posts for some accounts unless they subscribe to Meta Verified.
 
An interesting move, but it seems more like an experiment than a final policy. I wouldn't change strategy until it's confirmed as a broader update.
 
Wait like regular links? I can't for example share song or article more than 2 times?
 
It appears Meta is experimenting with reduced visibility for link posts on some accounts, with Meta Verified potentially restoring normal reach rather than introducing a direct posting fee.
