Does anybody know of a tool that will autopost to multiple facebook groups. If so that would be so helpful thanks.

I have the same queries, but one more thing, do i need to use proxies for various facebook accounts if i use this autoposter? can i use PVA facebook accounts and still need proxies so that my accounts dont get banned?

even the @op seems to be banned there are other people that asked about it - try mass planner guys, you can post to as many groups as you want with it, just make sure to take it easy as facebook has been more paranoid lately.
 
Avoid the fgapapp.com one like the plague. They have been charging me double since I subscribed ... I cancelled, they carried on charging me double and ignore my emails.
