Facebook Dating Ad Rejected

Hey guys! I have a Dating Website and I wanted to promote it by running an ad campaign on FB. There was no explicit pictures in creative or anything like that, but still my campaign was rejected multiple times. FB requires you to get a permit from them but it takes like a month and I think I still might be rejected. Some people told me that cloaking is the only way to bypass FB moderation, but I don't know how it works and I think it's just for affiliate marketing. Do you guys have any suggestion on how I can solve this issue? How can I run ads for my dating related site?
