Usually, attaching external links outside of Facebook makes it difficult to get recommended. Sending 100 messages with different proxies doesn't affect anything.

about facebook messenger spamming it's very hard these days, I suggest you to try slowly with very safety domains (google domains) or by sharing content what is already posted in facebook (share fb group to messenger / share fb post to messenger)

your method is quite good. maybe it will be successful over 50%. when you see which messages are successful without any problem you can use it to expand
 
You can do it. 100 messages a day. You can divide the time evenly and send messages, then Facebook will still work normally.

bro this method could be good years ago, these days facebook is crazy about such a activity as messenger spam. mostly it's about content and flow, years ago were some bugged domains what were clickable after sending but facebook didn't read it as a domain, you could send it without http/https and still it was clickable inside messanger when receiver got it. If anyone have accounts for testing messenger spam, I can share ideas (new,fresh and these what worked in the past) and we can try to test something together. just hmu
 
although using a proxy will be helpful, it cannot completely avoid being banned, i think don’t send those 100 messages all at once instead, use different accounts and spread out the sending time throughout the day
 
You can use 3 to 5 accounts to do that, it will not be banned by Facebook if you use it properly.
 
You may use 3 to 5 accounts to message and share links like dividing up your active time and messaging. Don't message at once, it will result in a warning.

Account safety may not be guaranteed. Most often, this type of activities are detected suspicious.

spamming the sane txt over n over you will get
cought eventually
 
Good to use proxies for that, but it's not a 100% guarantee against bans. It does help minimise the chances of a ban by a lot though. Mostly, and even with different text, most platforms can flag patterns of spam (particularly if it includes outbound links, I believe). Warm up the accounts right, mix in non link messages here and there, and spread out the messages over a 24 hour period, at least avoid doing so over a shorter span of time.
 
Same question.. can I send also 1k dm Instagram using proxy without getting banned?
 
If you act continuously at the same time, it will be considered as spam and you will easily get banned, so take it slow.
