Using a proxy is a good way to significantly reduce the risk of getting banned for such activities, although there are no absolute guarantees. It is worth noting that most platforms, even if you change the text content, are still able to recognize spam messages (especially if they contain external links). To be on the safe side, warm up your account carefully and intersperse non-link messages in your sending process.

you wont get banned if you do it right then you say a day you can even send more messages with split time
 
Sending multiple messages with links, even using a proxy, can still be detected as a violation of anti-spam policies. To avoid being penalized, ensure your messages provide real value, avoid link abuse, and avoid rapid or mass messaging.
 
Using a single proxy and message might help, Sending 100 messages using different proxies doesn't hurt anything.
 
Sending 100 different msgs with links, even using a proxy, can still be flagged easily if you don't control the frequency, sending behavior, and trust of the account. Proxy only hides IP, not patterns. You should randomize the entire flow and warm it up thoroughly before scaling.
 
Using a proxy does not completely prevent bans. Use different accounts and spread out the time.
 
Please use multiple accounts, if you have 1 account you will be restricted and locked.
