for the group finder: join 8-20 groups/day
accept 2-4 friend requests
send out 5-10 friend request per day
then currently publishing 5 posts per day on group and 5 posts per day on wall..
iv been blocked once. asked to upload a recent pic which I did. .it was unblocked..but today the account is blocked again asking me to upload a recent pic

8-20 groups per days is a bit too much for me

HI, sending friend requests to random people is a flag. Joining that many groups a day really isnt a good thing to do now. You need less than 10. You also need to be doing commenting on friends posts, liking posts and sharing some friends posts. Also you need to like a few pages and share some posts from pages. You aren't doing enough to look like a normal person.

My advice for you is to reduce your activity. Remember that Facebook is really strict right now and there's a possibility that you might get flagged if you continue with your strategy right now. Reduce it and start interacting with your friends as if you are a normal person in that way Facebook won't be suspicious of your account.

Do you recommend any strategy? I am getting blocks and I suspect that it is because I like to do it automatically in groups, I thought it was a good idea to warm up but apparently not.
I left some accounts in warm up and only I like in groups but I got equal blocks: o
