Facebook Ads Restricted HELP!

Hey Guys,
When the Covid-19 just started i ran a few ads to sell masks. I had some in stock because i also have a construction company. They took the ad down, at first i didnt know why, i asked the ad account to be reinstated and they sent me a message saying the ad was taken down wrongfully. They didnt reinstate it though. (this was before the didnt approve these ads, it was right at the start) anyway now they do not want to reinstate my ads account and i manage several pages.
What do you think i should do? create a new account? is there another way maybe to get it reinstated?
Need help with this,

If you want to get your ad account back i can help you.

That you should remember, in many countries COVID-19 related products are allowed to sale like my country. So government ordered fb not to allow selling on fb.

The same issue has happened with my friend's account. If somebody can help to fix it, let me know pls.
 
this happened because your ad was pandemic related. all the responses from facebook are as generic as it can get, so you will never get clear answers. you can try appeal the decision and your ad account can be randomly restored, but what used to take days, now takes months. all the 'experts' who claim they can restore your ad account are just scammers who will only do the same appeal steps you can do yourself. if you need to run ads get a new account.

True, i appealed several times and got the same generic response, i already opened a new ad account :)
 
You can continue to wait after appealing, he just has a chance to be restored
