I need help to Target specific Facebook Groups?

I want to target precisely 16K users. How can I do that?

In my opinion, Scraping the Group Members Interests. How to Do It?

What is the Best Solution?

What about the custom audience option? Can you scrape facebook userids and add them to that?

FB stop UIDs . I need to scrape Group Members Interests. So that I can target them Precisely.
