I dont think they check it that close. I have a lot of older facebook accounts that I just use for marketplace so I had been letting some people use the ad account one just because I wasnt using them and they tied their paypal and the name didnt match and it worked.

You can even just change the ip address and that's it, although Amazon VPS is a very good thing.

Have you tried from different Ip address and account? You could try proxy as well, and I highly recommend to change your browser fingerprint!
Multilogin is not that good, and I would recommend to use it for this purpose

Everyones going to have a diff strategy, but the best thing you can do is to keep trying different things and monitor what DOESN'T WORK. What we know forsure at this point... Diff IP, DIFF chrome USER, DIFF credit card, many people are saying in 2019 you need a residential IP, i could also agree with this bro, let us know what sticks for you broHave you tried from different Ip address and account? You need to change your ip address and browser. Also delete your browsing history and cookies
