I dont think they check it that close. I have a lot of older facebook accounts that I just use for marketplace so I had been letting some people use the ad account one just because I wasnt using them and they tied their paypal and the name didnt match and it worked.

Everyones going to have a diff strategy, but the best thing you can do is to keep trying different things and monitor what DOESN'T WORK. What we know forsure at this point... Diff IP, DIFF chrome USER, DIFF credit card, many people are saying in 2019 you need a residential IP, i could also agree with this bro, let us know what sticks for you bro
