    In the past 24-36hours some people reported me that they're getting their Ad Account Disabled by Facebook. Strangely the email from facebook doesn't specify the reason and tells you "this account will not be reactivated".
    Not many people had their account disabled and it seems this "algorithm" or whatever, is rolling out as we speak.

    If any of you got the ad account disabled please use this post to share information, this is looking a bit scary.

    Yes, they all shared me the email and it says the same on every single one.
    They all had the same niche, but their websites are legit with good content, and no autolikes or whatever.

    - It was media websites with random news, images, etc;
    - Payments were legit;
    - It wasn't against the TOS;
    - Some of the ads had UPPERTEXT in the titles, others are circles or arrows but nothing too spammy.

    My guess this is a new thing and i never saw this happen to anyone without a previous notice.

    Well now it seems more people are getting either warnings or bans.
    If you contact them you will get some random quality argument and that's it.
    It seems Facebook wants to kill the saturated niches i think.

    Yep, happened to me 2 weeks ago. I can't seem to find a legitimate reason to ban my account. Worst part is that there's nobody to talk to.

    The only problem that I could see is that I created a new account (legitimate, with my name and I provided my ID), created a fan page and started advertising the fan page within 2 days.

    That's the only reason I could see banning me, but I don't really believe that's a legitimate reason at all to ban.

    Something must be triggering a warning in their security algorithm.

    It could be anything from; CC, IP/VPS, Ads that are being run, activities on the account.

    Maybe competitor reported you somehow then got your advert removed.

    Why not just create another? Something must have been against their terms.

    One of the main reasons FB sweeps accounts for "unusual activity" is the login IP. Most advertisers I know, buy or create their accounts and logging in using a custom VPS IP. Now, since lots of advertisers do so, and the IPs are easily detected as VPS IPs, FB simply blacklist them every now and then due to "unusual activity" - which seems legit as the IPs are over used; just like open proxies etc.

    So, it is very common FB sweeps accounts every now and then. I know FB sweeps accounts for over a year and a half now.

    Now, when FB sweeps accounts using an algo, obviously "white" account are caught in the middle and are banned too since the algo cannot be 100% accurate.

    Thus, best practice is always using a legit IP both for account creation & logging in. Legit IPs are residential ones, Wifi etc.

    I have never had problems using such IPs, in fact, I always log in to both banned accounts & active accounts using the same WiFi IP and/or of the same neighborhood and the former never affected my active accounts as FB, it seems, will never blacklist white hat IPs (if they do, there wont be IPs left for them to allow, lol)

    Something to think about.

    The problem isn't creating a new account it is the facebook ban on your CC or Paypal account. If your account gets banned, the payment method you've attached will be also banned.
    Yes i know there're a ton of alternatives like skrill, etc... But it is an odd situation.
    We need to have extra carefull with facebook from now on.

    Today, another group of people got their account disabled. Facebook says it's the ClickBait algo.

    The reason specified by mrblackjack are most accurate. The reason is not the 'Clickbait' algo, that is related to pages.

    If you have to be either completely legit with your accounts or make them look completely legit. Either way, you should know your shit.
