Hi There folks,
I have a situation I'd like some advice on. I have a VERY targeted email list for a niche that I plan on using to do some clickbank with. I have this strange gut feeling I could get reported. Don't ask me why but I have a feeling if it ever did get back to me as the guy sending, I would be reported and fined through can-spam laws. The people on the list are very affluent and therefore probably very litigous. SO I have this huge very targeted very lucrative list, the perfect clickbank product, now I need some advice on getting around those laws because I did not obtain the list through the proper channels.
The only idea I have so far is set up a "tell a friend" form on a dummy site and manually enter those emails. I'd use godaddy for hosting and google gmail for my mail servers. I assume if I wrote a script to send an email out of the tell a friend form every few minutes the two big Gs would eventually block or shut me down?
Thanks in advance.
