Yeah, by bio ban I just meant that my accounts got banned for all using the same bio. It didn't use to matter, but they did an update and now it does. Haha! (I used to put "I post funny videos on YouTube and people laugh at me" as the bio on all my accounts, but now that sentence is like permanently banned from Instagram.) xD

Just finished getting them all profiled up with new names, profile pics, links (OMG!!!! LINKS ON BRAND NEW ACCOUNTS?!?! Yeah. 98% sure they're not going to get banned though, because I did something smart.), bios, etc.

Still waiting on FL to finish updating some of them, but the 40 or so that it has already finished are fine. No bans yet. Super excited.

I don't really want to share that info in case any of Instagram's people stumble across this thread, it's not url shorteners (those don't work on IG), it's not redirects, it's not landing pages with a "click here to continue" button, and every link is unique. It wouldn't work for everything, but since I'm in the YouTube niche it works really well. Like I said, I don't want to share exactly what it is that I discovered, but if you think hard about it, there's enough info in this post to figure it out. :)

UPDATE:

Just canceled my Microleaves subscription - (25 dedicated private proxies for $37.50/month) to start a new subscription with them (30 dedicated private proxies for $30/month). xD

1. I would assume so, some of the account I've been using are Russian and they haven't really given me many problems.

2. I actually leave it running on my desktop (rather than laptop) and it has pretty good specs (3.4Ghz 6-core processor, 24GB RAM, 12TB of space, 2xGTX 260 graphics cards, and a 500GB SSD with my OS installed on it.) However, I don't think FollowLiker uses much processing power (if you think about it it's really just sending text to a website) so I think it'll pretty much run on anything. Might want to check their site. It probably has more info.
 
UPDATE:​

Testing out some OGads stuff today. I've never really monetized my IG accounts before, and the few times I've tried I've gotten them banned really fast.

I made some links (blogger --> my personal site --> ogads) not sure if that's enough to keep them safe or not. (newbies don't copy me. Idk if it'll work at all. lol)

Testing with 2 accounts before I try to do anything crazy. I need to figure out how to keep from getting link-banned before I start getting serious.

I took a 1 month aged account of mine that has been doing 50-ish follows per day, and a brand new account.

The 1 month aged account insta-banned when I tried to update the profile, but the brand new account didn't and seems to be working. I don't think it'll survive the night, but we'll see. :)

UPDATE:​

Moved all of my big accounts in the YouTube niche to a global project the other day. Before most accounts were averaging 50 new followers per day, and I had one that was getting like 100-150. Now in the global project they're all following JUST the people I was targeting on the account that was doing well, and just today I got over 100 followers on every account. Highest was 178 lowest was 109. I'm super happy because my follow number is the same. All I changed was my targeting and now it's like twice as effective. :D Also, had to PVA two account and chance the password on another two because I moved them all to different proxies. Wasn't expecting that, but hey. I still have all the accounts, so who cares?

Well, the brand new IG account that I put an OGads link on literally the second I logged in somehow managed to survived the night. That's awesome. I'm gonna leave it a few more days and see how it does. If it stays alive I'm gonna make a ton of accounts like it and hopefully make bank! Haven't seen $0.01 yet though. haha!

just changed a few words since i was only doing like 7-8 manually
 
UPDATE:

So I spun 105 bios for my 105 Instagram accounts (did I mention I have 105 new Instagram accounts?). Before I tried to change them all, I decided to test with 10 and make sure it wouldn't get them banned. Strangely enough, it updated the 10 bios successfully, but then triggered the "we have noticed suspicious activity on your account, please verify via SMS or email" on 10 completely different accounts. I'm super confused. The accounts I changed were fine, but 10 random other accounts got hit. Any idea what could have caused this? Some of them may have been on the same proxy, but why would updating the bio on one account flag another unrelated account? I don't get it. :/

Stuff That's Been Screwed Up In the Past:
BANNED: 3 Facebook accounts with 2,000 friends that I got in 1 night.
BANNED: 1 Instagram account with 7k. Apparently posting "repetitive content" is a thing.
BANNED: 1 Instagram account (for my eBay business) with 400 followers.
RESTORED: 1 Instagram account for my eBay business) with 400 followers. I'm a boss.
CANCELED: App Trailers Affiliate Program that I used to make $170 with just a picture, an app, and my ipod.
EXPIRED: The website that I worked hard on and eventually got too lazy to update.
DELETED: A YouTube channel I made with a (fake) "free download" link (adfly) that just went to a "this file has been deleted" page. (made $22 in 1 night. lol.)
...and tons of other things I won't bother mentioning

I've never made enough money from IM to quit my day job, but I have a bit coming in:

Monthly Income:
$2,200 - 9 to 5 Video Editing Job (this doesn't even cover my monthly expenses)
$1,600 - My wife's job (lol)
$400 - VERY complicated version of drop-shipping on eBay (Don't ask)
$30 - AdSense on YouTube (I'm a YouTuber)
$15 - Selling stock footage on Pond5 (I put parentheses on all the other ones--^ so, I did it here too)

What I'm going to do:
Since all of my Instagress time is about to run out (and I'm not excited about spending $300+ on buying another years worth of time), I'm going to be switching to FollowLiker. I considered it before, but was worried that the developers wouldn't bother to keep it updated -- a year later, and it's still the top bot on the market.

TIP: If you are going to use Instagress, wait until Cyber Monday to buy time. (A years worth of time for 1 account goes down from $80 to $60)

I also just tested out Archie (the Twitter automation site) and liked it, so I am getting the Twitter verison of FollowLiker too (probably won't use it to much though).

Goals:
1. Get my 15k IG accounts up to 50k so I can start selling shoutouts (let me know if you have any better magnetization ideas. They're all in the "comedy YouTuber"/"Oh wow, look at how cool I am" niche.
2. Start a ton of new accounts in various niches to experiment with, and try to grow them to 15k in under 9 months.
3. Make back the money I will have spent on FollowLiker.
4. Generate a passive income.
5. Generate a passive income from only YouTube, and have the other stuff just be supplemental.


Things I don't know how to do:
Phone verify a ton of new accounts - For all of my old accounts I borrowed a phone from a family member for, but now I've moved out and am living on the other side of the country. (Plus I'm in the US, so I can't get prepaid SIM cards cheaply.) I've tried verifying with virtual phone numbers before, but 99% of the time they haven't worked. Whatever, I'll figure it out when it becomes a problem.
How CPA stuff works - I just haven't messed around with it much, but I'll figure it out when I get there.


Feel free to give me help/suggestions if you think I'm missing anything!

UPDATE:​

So I made 1 Instagram account linking to an OGads landing page (not directly obviously). It been running for 1 month and 3 days, and I finally just made my first $0.25. That's right. I officially made a quarter. In another few months I might even be able to break even on the cost of the account. ;)

haha!

Other than that not nothing much new. I've been testing a few things, but I don't want to share that info publically (or even via PM because I don't think many people are doing it yet).

Also, my wife got me some dope computer upgrades for Christmas. I'm typing this on a Corsair K70 ;)
