Hi guys , when you do the email verify on instagram for a large ammount of accounts , should you do it via the proxy used on the bot for that account or its fine to verify the account on your own ip ?

Yes.

Proxies will be the hero here. Be careful. Don't want your accounts getting blocked.

We've had 5 accounts from same IP banned (we got reinstated after justification - rare to happen)

You should use the same proxies when verifying your account(s), because if you don't they could happen again. Instagram has some kind of protection when people use different IPs to login.
