What do you guys think about the idea of writing a short, yet informative ebook about a tried, and true way to make money online from home. And than offering it for free with a content locker. Has anyone had success with this, if so how much traffic do you think I could drive to it, and what might some of the ways to drive traffic be?

Sounds like a good idea tbh

What are the terms for the book platforms to offer a free product? ive thought of doing it to bring consulting leads, by demonstrating authority and using the book platforms to generate passive traffic.

im curious how the platforms would feel and react to it, because it could lead to lots of junk on the platforms.

I have no idea I just had this idea, and wanted to see what you guys thought of it. Honestly I planned to put a cpa offer in the content locker like an email/zip submit probably, that way I at least made something for my time putting the book together. I think they will complete it, if they really want the e-book.
