Has anyone tried to promote their ebay store on instagram? Was there an increase in sales? Im asking because i have a ebay store, i sell typical used electronics and items in general i can get at a cheap price and resell it, i source anywhere from liquidaiton companies, online auctions , even in my local good wills.
I do well, but every now and again i come across unique, obscure items that i can make a really good profit off of. but they are just so low in demand, no one is really searching for them, but if you go on ebay there arent many sellers, for that item. So my listings barely get views or watchers, i feel like if i invested in maybe 5-10 instagrama accounts and created a main instagram for my ebay store and used the other gram accounts to promote my ebay store page, it would generate sales, but that would require an investment. Any decent instagram bot, is going to be a decent price, then to buy proxys and instagram accounts, all have a cost, then the time to actually set them all up and run them and pay attention to them and make sure they are in good standing condition. My main question is, well would it increase in sales?
I have this one figurine that is porcellin, it is a collectors item, it is from italy. I got it for $125, and it looks brand new, has the original box, paperwork etc, there is only like 1-2 other listings on ebay for it $400-$500. I have mine priced at $400, way cheaper then the other ones. It barely gets views, or watchers, it is currently at $299 + free shipping, still not much action, it has been up since maybe early january, it is just such a unique item made from a smaller not as known brand, i think it is simply the lack of people searching for it being why there is 0 action on it. Im thinking if i made a page, i could get a decent following, it would increase my sales.
The obvious anwser is yes, more people will see the items and products for sale, but will that generate sales?
