Dropshipping from Amazon Prime

OK... here is what you guys need to know.

Using Prime to ship products to eBay customers, is against Amazon's TOS. Your account WILL BE CANNED.

But the good news is, Why the hell would you want to? There are many, many thousands of products on Amazon that offers "free Super Saver Shipping".

There are many hundreds (if not more) of "top rated sellers" on eBay using Amazon as a dropshipper. (look for the white background pics). 90% of those items come from Amazon and being shipped by free "Super Saver Shipping".

There you have it, the real low down on the Amazon to eBay customer shipping issue.

So you can drop ship on amazon without using Prime, and not violate the TOS?

Yes... Amazon execs are fully aware of the many thousands of their products being shipped to eBay customers. Just DO NOT use Prime.

eBay is also well aware of this fact.

I have always thought about doing this but was always worried about a ban. I think the free 2 shipping is a great selling point, so I probably wouldn't do it the ship to you and then customer way.

Wow thanks for this thread. And props for the info wmoriarty dropped in this thread. He's correct I havent done much research and Ive already got potential products I can "exploit". As he was saying all you have to do is pay attention what these powersellers are selling. Ive found a powerseller selling an item that was marked up 37% from what it sells for on Amazon (and they're selling it at the lowest price currently on eBay).

I have been looking into using this method with Amazon UK > eBay UK, I've spent some time looking up products on Amazon and using the advanced search on eBay to see what's selling and for what price. I have a spreadsheet made that I can add things to along with their Amazon price and a potential price for eBay, then it works out the profit margin after fees etc.

I put it to practice earlier this week and was sent a message from another eBay user asking where I am buying the products from, if i have permission to sell them, and saying that I am using their images and that they advise me to remove my listings before they have eBay block my account, I then realised that the user was the same company that were selling the products on Amazon (where I procured the product images from).

I deleted the listings and have maybe learned a lesson, my Amazon & eBay accounts are both still sound though, so I'll be back on the job when I get time next week!

When using this method, should you only list products that are sold by Amazon and not 3rd party sellers using Amazon?

Can I dropship products worth about $50/each from my Amazon Prime account (I paid $79/year) to the customer? Would Amazon ban my account? If this is doable, that'd be amazing because I get "free 2 day shipping" on most items. So I could just give the customer one flat price for their product let's say $65 and say I'll include 2 day shipping free. Pocket the rest.

If this isn't doable, I guess what are my other options? I'm from Chicago so the Amazon Associates account isn't available in Illinois, though I could send checks to Mom in Indiana. Or I could get ripped on Affiliates for maybe 8% /sale, plus the customer has to sign up with whatever website that is.

There is a product wholeseller near me but he required an actual business license (LLC) to be legitimate. Plus I don't want to hold such expensive product.

Amazon shut down our Prime account for drop shipping. We can't get prime anymore.
