let's say i got a DMCA take down on my site which has ranked and my content was removed, i switch the hosting after a day and use the same content..and my domain is registered on a different platform from hosting...

will everything be same as before? or will domain/ seo be affected or anything else?

No, your domain won't be affected, unless someone reported you again.

Mass DMCA report definitely effect your ranking.. cause many URL removed from google for this isue

if DMCA report is sent to google and your site is completely having pirated content then yes Google will deindex your website and you will loose rankings. For one or 2 DMCA reports nothing happen. Take care from now.

It can affect IP address too. Your domain can be blacklisted by that hosting provider.

just make sure you don't use the word you used and get DMCA Complain, if you avoid that exact words or sentence then you are safe, otherwise chance of another DMCA
