Does a Youtube bot even exist?

Hi all first post here,
Been scouring the site for a while looking for a bot that will open youtube videos and wait out the ads then switch proxies and watch the same video again, but this time from a different country and watch the ad again before switching proxies again and so on and so forth, hopefully with the ability to have multiple browsers open at the same time doing the same thing.
Obviously all in an effort to boost video views and revenue.

It really exist and generate some awesome results for you. Youtube bot's available that can spread videos everywhere. Sometime google penalize these efforts but mostly it shows its results according to our demand.

But is there one that will switch between proxies and trigger ads?

I guess many BOTS available,these bots are used by many sellers who works for getting views.
