If u mean running traffic through a link or service and have a filter or detection, you can try clickmagick. There's option for u to block or do nothing for bad clicks

Let's go to these steps to avoid fake bots:
1) Go to the referral traffic report in your account. Google Analytics and an excellent report on the percentage of refusals in descending order:
2) Look at referrers with a 100% or 0% bounce rate, as well as those with 10 or more sessions. Most likely, these are spammers.
3) If one of your suspicious referrers is on the list of the following sites, then this is referral spam. You can not check it yourself. Write me in PM
4) When you failed to verify the identity of your suspicious referrer, take the risk and use a questionable website.
5) After confirming the identity of the dangerous bots, the next step is to block them from visiting your site again.
